EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
The product received does not match the size ordered.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to amiahcollections@gmail.com or by calling at +92 321 8937382. At AMIAH Collections, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
The replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at amiahcollections@gmail.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us but for our beloved customers we charges ZERO for sending you back.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receiving.
WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?
In the event you are unsatisfied with the size you purchase and would like to receive a different size, you are most welcome to send your purchase back to AMIAH Collections by contacting us via email at amiahcollections@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
The product is damaged because of use.
The product was tampered with.

Note: In the case of Exchange, customers will be charged delivery costs. Moreover, Exchange Policy is not applicable in case of customised and printed products.
REFUND POLICY
We strive for customer satisfaction, and our policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund will be issued. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Refund for Faulty or Unexchangeable Products (Full Refund)
You are eligible for a full refund (excluding the original delivery charges) in the event that:

The product is confirmed as faulty or defective, AND
-
An exchange for that product is not possible from our side (e.g., due to being out of stock).
If these conditions are met, the full amount of the item(s) will be refunded. We aim to process this refund within 7–10 business days from the date the refund decision is approved.
Refund for Customer Change of Mind (Partial Refund)
If you initiate a return due to a change of mind (e.g., you no longer want the item or prefer a different style), our policy is as follows:

We will refund 70% of the total bill amount for the returned item(s).

The original delivery charges will be excluded from the refund.
This partial refund is offered to cover restocking and processing fees associated with non-faulty returns.
Important Note: The refund process and eligibility are subject to the full terms and conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy, including requirements for product condition (unused, original packaging, etc.) and time frames for reporting issues.
