We understand plans change! At AMIAH Collections, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring smooth order processing. Please read our cancellation policy below:

✅ Order Cancellation Window: 

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, free of charge
• .After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible. 

✅ How to Cancel: 

• Simply WhatsApp us at [0321 8937382] or email us at [amiahcollections@gmail.com] with your Order ID and request for cancellation.

✅ Orders Already Shipped: 

• If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse to accept the delivery. (Note: shipping costs may apply.)

✅ Custom / Pre-Order Items: 

• Orders for custom-made or pre-order products cannot be cancelled once processing starts.
